At National Graphics we have a clear and transparent written cancellation policy. If for any reason you're not entirely happy with the design of your new website, we'll offer a prompt refund. We are proud to offer this guarantee to prospective clients as we're confident you'll be happy with the work we produce.
In the spirit of transparency we'd like to make it clear that there are a few exceptions. Whilst we offer a full refund for any web design work we do, we can't refund the cost of any domain names or images we purchase on your behalf. We also don't refund search engine optimization (SEO) or copy writing fees once we've been instructed to begin the process.
